The adjective (modifier) must present before noun e.g. :

A beautiful girl not a girl beautiful
An internation competition not a competition international
Sandy has a cat beautiful (false)
Sandy has a beautiful cat (true)

(ARTICLE AN AND A) bermakan satu:
Seekor, sepiring, sesendok, sebuah, etc.

An untuk menerangkan kata benda yang berjumlah (satu) yang diawali bunyi
vocal (a,i,u,e,o)

E.g. An interesting movie, an English calss, an important file, etc.
Susi always cooks an omelet for her husband before going to office.
She has an acne in her face.

A untuk menerangkan kata benda yang berjumlah (satu) yang diawali bunyi Konsonan (selain a,i,u,e,o).
A wonderful day, a cat, a nasty acne, etc.

Article An and a tidak bisa digunakan untuk kata benda yang berjumlah lebih dari satu :

An not use (ells)
A big not use (houses)
An extraordinary not use (people) atau orang - orang

Article the (benda tersebut / itu)
