Present Progressive/Continuous Tense adalah kalimat yang digunakan untuk menyatakan sesuatu yang sedang dilakukan atau dikerjakan saat ini / sekarang (now).

Janet : "do you hear something"
Steven : "yes, someone is knocking at the door"

Kiki usually sits next to Doni, but today he is sitting next to John.

  • Fill the blanks with is, am or are!
E.g. the midwife....helping the pregnant woman the midwife is helping the pregnant woman.


  • Replace the following affirmative sentence into negative and interrogative sentence!


E.g. The monkey is shaking its head (+)
The monkey is not shaking its head (-)
is the monkey shaking its head?






  • Note / Catatan :
Terdapat beberapa Stative Verbs; kata kerja menyatakan keadaan
tidak boleh dinyatakan dalam bentuk Continous/Progressive.
